1. We love your properties, how do we arrange a viewing?
You can book a viewing online using the booking form (please click on booking button above) or call us at the office and we can talk you through everything 01344 890120 / 07787 299030. 2. We have found a Bravo Zulu Property that we love - how do we finalise our letting?
All you need to do is sign the Tenancy Agreement at our property manager’s office in Preston and pay your refundable deposit of £150 per room. 

3. Can my parents/guardian have a look at the Tenancy Agreement before I sign it?
Absolutely, we want them to be happy with your choice of property. We are happy to email a draft tenancy agreement and answer any questions they may have.

5. How much is the Deposit?
The deposit is normally £150 per person.

6. Where is the Deposit Kept?
All deposits need to be protected by being held in one of the three Government approved Deposit Protection Services (DPS). The deposit is insured with Tenant Deposit Scheme until your tenancy ends.The Tenant Deposit Scheme will provide you with a deposit certificate directly with your TDS number once it is protected. If there was a need to use the deposit to pay for a breach of the tenancy, the Landlord would have to approach the TDS to do this and tenants are able to challenge this.

7.  Can I live in the BZ flat / house over the summer?
If the BZ Property is available we allow student tenants to move in early during the summer, we charge a much-reduced rent over the summer for you to occupy the property. We can also provide rooms to store your possessions to save you dragging them home and charge a nominal sum for this.

8. Help – Something is not working! No Worries, please call us or our local property managers.
Many of Bravo Zulu’s team are ex-Armed Forces and experienced in solving problems. We have a dedicated team of property managers in Preston who look after all of our properties. We also have a retained electrician and gas engineer in Preston to ensure we can fix any defects quickly and over weekends.
